Qualified investors are: investment firms, banks, brokers, asset management company (SGR), open ended investment companies (OEIC), pension funds, insurance firms, financial companies holding bank groups and all parties included in the lists set forth by Art. 106, 107 and 113, D.L. no. 385 of 01/09/1993 as amended (Testo Unico Bancario); foreign entities authorised to carry out the aforementioned activities under current national rules; banking foundations; individuals, corporations or other entities with specific skills and experience in operations related to financial instruments explicitly declared in writing by the individual or the legal representative of the corporation or entity.
