Most Economically Advantageous Tender

The most economically advantageous tender is one of the criteria set forth in D.L. no. 50 of 18/04/2016 (containing the Code of Public Contracts), aimed at awarding public contracts and concessions. The most economically advantageous tender is selected on the basis of the best value for money and is assessed in relation to objective criteria such as qualitative, environmental or social aspects regarding the object of the tender in accordance with Art. 95, par. 5 of the Law under the heading “Criteria to be used for award of the contract”.
