The agreed building permit is a particular type of building authorisation that can be requested when, according to Art. 28-bis, D.P.R. no. 380 of 2001, “planning requirements can be met with simplified modalities“.

In this case, the applicant and the competent public administrative authority shall sign (unless further and/or specific regional provisions) an agreement, approved by a resolution of the city council, where it must be specified what are the obligations which will satisfy the public interest, in order to obtain the issuing of the building authorisation.
